Membership

IMPORTANT – Our Membership year runs from 01 February to 31 January.

New Members – Please complete a membership form below. All Membership forms received between     01 Feb – 31 Aug will be put forward to the committee as soon as it has been received. You will then be contacted by our Hon. Secretary and if your application has been approved, will be be invited to make payment of your Joining Fee and Membership Fee for the current Membership year. If you make an application for Membership between 01 September – 31 January, this will not be processed until the Committee reconvenes in February. You will then be contacted by our Hon. Secretary and if your application has been approved, will be invited to make payment of your Joining Fee and Membership Fee for the year.

Existing Members – Annual subs are due on 01 Feb. Please ensure you have set up payment with your bank. If you have not paid your subs by 31 August, your membership will lapse and you will be required to complete a new membership form, which will not be processed until the Committee reconvenes in February. You will then be contacted by our Hon. Secretary and if your application has been approved, will be invited to make payment of your Joining Fee and Membership Fee for the year.
